Not the End of the World by Geraldine McCaughrean
Geraldine McCaughrean is such a talented writer. I enjoy every book I read that she writes. This one was very good. It got a little confusing toward the end but I still enjoyed it. This particular book was based on the bible story about Noah and the Ark.

The Boyfriend List by E. Lockhart
I liked how this book was written. It has footnotes for slang and movies/books that a reader might not know. It is actually a list and explanations of why each boy that is on the list is or has been her boyfriend. I liked how it ended. Overall a good teen angst book.

The Cheese Monkeys by Chip Kidd
Excellent book. Any author who can make me laugh out loud to the point of explaining myself to people around me is a great writer. This book did that. Several times!

Leon and the Spitting Image by Allen Kurzweil
Cute book for 5th graders. Kind of unrealistic in places but that is why it is called fiction.
